Your First Step: Petition Filing
Clients submit petitions to the Guild Administration Center. Priority is determined by seal type: runic seals receive highest priority, followed by wax seals, then standard sealed documents. Petitions must clearly state the threat, desired outcome, and any specific constraints. All requests are entered into a magically-reinforced main ledger for absolute security.
Evaluating the Challenge
Binding the Agreement
A formal contract is prepared using binding ink, magically tethered to the guild's original document. The contract includes:
Precise mission objective
Authoritative scope of action
Detailed compensatory terms
Comprehensive waivers If either party severs the terms, the contract automatically voids and alerts the guild.
At this time we also as clients to pay an upfront premium covering: Livestock and goods replacement, Blood price for potential innocent casualties, Hazard pay for guild family members, Mount insurance, Equipment vouchers, Meal and Board expenses, Collateral property damage, Magical mishap insurance, Convoy protection, and Medical and Dental coverage.

Selected Champions carry out the contract precisely as specified in the written documents. Upon completion, Champions provide specified proof, verified by the point of contact. Payment terms are arranged, and all necessary documentation is signed.
